Kwality Labels is an environmentally sustainable manufacturer of flexographic and digital labels including pressure sensitive, cut & stack and spirals.
Flexographic for large orders. Flexo or rotary uses a relief polymer plate to print on a wide variety of materials commonly seen in the food and packaging industry.
Extended Color Gamut (ECG) using Orange, Green & Violet inks is available for a broader printed color range.
Digital for shorter runs. This print process requires no plates and little setup or changeover time between jobs using artwork files for production.
Printing in foreign languages. Go to Markets Served page and have a glimpse at the snack food images.
Any size or shape achieved with our die cut capabilities including slits and perforations. Rotary dies for long jobs and flex dies for smaller ones that can be finished in rolls or sheets.
Advanced prepress expertise and professional PDF editing to prepare label artwork that flows into our workflow automation, asset management and proofing systems.
Color consistency while utilizing the G7 methodology. Calibration of blacks (K) and CMY grays to a neutral target across ink sets, substrates, presses & locations.

Quality Control
At Kwality Labels, we have color accurate contract proofing which is ISO compliant.
SpectroVision system performs web inspection to ensure defects are eliminated while automatically measuring color & ink density.
Every job is checked by our Quality Assurance lab at each stage for color accuracy barcode verification, ANSI ink rub test, friction and pinholing, die cutting check as well as a visual inspection to guarantee consistent high quality print.
Certifications
We are a FIRST certified printer with both digital and flexographic capabilities.
Our prepress and print processes align with ISO standards and have allowed us to achieve G7 Master qualification to surpass our customer expectations.
